What size event can your facility hold? 
The building was designed to hold almost 75% of all meetings and events held in the state. We can host a small lunch meeting of 20 or a 700-seat fundraiser.

Do you have a list of preferred caterers? 
No, in order to tailor your food to your event and budget, you may use a caterer of your choosing. We do ask that your caterer be licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health.

What can I expect when I arrive?
Once you have reserved your space, you will meet with our facility manager to discuss the set up for your event. When you arrive, all tables, chairs and other amenities will be staged according to the approved plan.

What do I need to do before I leave?
We ask that you remove all decorations and items that you have brought. You will need to clean up any trash from the floors and tidy the kitchen area. We will handle all restocking of our tables, chairs, etc.

How do I reserve a room?
Contact Nikki Chumley at 501.860.7004 or nchumley@bentonchamber.com. Once we meet to determine the size of the space needed, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental in order to reserve the space. 30 days prior to your event, we will need to balance of the rental fee and a 15% security deposit. After the event, if no damage is found, the security deposit will be refunded.
